How to Help Employees Feel More Connected in a Hybrid Workplace
Love it or hate it, the hybrid workplace is here to stay as 43% of employees say they would seek other jobs if required to work fully on-sight. But, 70% also say that the biggest challenge they face in hybrid teamwork is lack of connection.

Employees who feel connected to their immediate team members report higher productivity and are less likely to change jobs. While technology makes it possible for teammates to work in real-time from anywhere, many are finding it difficult to build the social capital and trust they had working in person.

Luckily, fostering connection isn’t based on working together in person, and teams can still build strong relationships working remotely. The key is for leaders to invest time establishing new norms and expectations for social interactions to help foster better connections in this hybrid environment.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss:

• The current challenges for fostering connection in the hybrid workplace
• The most essential questions to answer to foster better connections
• How to create effective perspectives and practices for fostering better connections
• Identifying and enhancing the 4 skills foundational for building meaningful connections at work
• How to engage and embrace the emerging opportunity of fostering meaningful connections in a hybrid environment
