How to Help Employees Feel More Connected in a Hybrid Workplace
Love it or hate it, the hybrid workplace is here to stay as 43% of employees say they would seek other jobs if required to work fully on-sight. But, 70% also say that the biggest challenge they face in hybrid teamwork is lack of connection.

Employees who feel connected to their immediate team members report higher productivity and are less likely to change jobs.
